
Aldo Alan
Tenor Aldo Alan has performed a wide range of operatic and oratorio repertoire. His operatic credits include Voce Interna and Un Giovanetto in L’amore dei Tre Re, Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi, and Lippo in Street Scene. He has also portrayed Spalanzani and Franz in The Tales of Hoffmann, and Martin in The Tender Land.
In oratorio, Aldo has appeared as the tenor soloist in Puccini’s Messa di Gloria and Honegger’s King David.
He earned his Master of Music in Vocal Performance from DePaul University in 2023, where he is currently pursuing an Artist Diploma, expected to graduate in June 2025.
Since 2019, Aldo has been an active volunteer with Zarzuela USA International, a non-profit organization promoting the zarzuela genre. In 2023, he participated in workshops with Zarzuela por el Mundo and Zarzuela USA International, receiving vocal and dramatic training from renowned mezzo-soprano Nancy Fabiola Herrera.
